TROPAG is a company rich in tradition with decades of successful activities in internationally trading Industrial Raw Materials. It is the constant aim to prepare TROPAG for future challenges. Thus it remains associated closely with Hanseatic traditions and maintains and further develops its successful place in the market.
TROPAG supports the activities of “Pro Honore e. V.”, i. e. identification with good faith and trust in business life. The Management accepts the Court of Honour of the Assembly of Honourable Merchants – Hamburg (EEK).
The human individual always had and is still having utmost attention and is in focus – this relates to all business partners as well as to all employees.
Therefore:
- All employees are challenged to engage service-orientated with full commitment in the development and realization of the yearly planning objectives. As a result, according to the maximum principle, the utmost possible return is to be obtained with available resources.
- Depth of field work of the existing business as well as expansion of the product baskets concerned by development of new product ideas or other profitable fields of activities are of special importance for TROPAG.
- Profound work as well as proximity to customers are to be especially fostered. Knowledge of the market is to be updated continuously and intensely because of its particular significance.
- Dealings with customers, suppliers and other business partners and colleagues are of extraordinary importance for TROPAG being a service-orientated company. This refers not only to the written impression which is given, but also to the friendly behaviour on the telephone and not least to the personal attitude. The Service Team in this respect has a special service responsibility; furthermore, it supports the Product Managers professionally and with commitment. Additionally, all employees are always requested to check to what extent there are still possibilities for improvement.
TROPAG wishes to offer employees working spaces capable of development in a good working atmosphere and in a highly motivated and competent team. It remains a company offering apprenticeships.
