Description


Strontium Nitrate is a strong hygroscopic, crystalline powder, which will be primarily used by our customers as coloring substance in pyrotechnics (e.g. flares) as well as in technical pyrotechnics (propellents).

It's used within glass applications (e.g. optical - and LCD glass), as ingredience for thermal-, molten salt mixtures (energy storage) as well as raw material for various other Strontium Derivates like e.g. Strontium Chloride.

 

Package


The material is packed in 25 kg net UN-approved paper bags with PE inner bag. Labelling in accordance with ADR/IMDG Regulations.

 

Storage


The material must be stored in an special 5.1B security stock for hazardous materials, in a dry, cool and well ventilated place.
