Potassium perchlorate is the inorganic salt with the chemical formula KClO4. It is very hydroscopic, usually light colourless, crystalline solid and is a common oxidizer used by our customers in fireworks as well as air bag propellant, ammunition percussion caps, explosive primers.
Potassium perchlorate: ca. 99.00%
Water insoluble component: max. 0,1%
Potassium perchlorate can be offered with or without an anti-caking agent but also milled in requested grain sizes.
Potassium perchlorate with anti-caking agent is packed in bags containing 50 kg on pallets containing 1,000 kg.
Potassium perchlorate without anti-caking agent is packed in steel drums containing 50 kg on pallets containing 900 kg.
Fo the milled material the packaging has to be agreed.
The material must be stored in an special 5.1A security stock for strong oxidizing hazardous materials, in a dry, cool and well ventilated place.
Potassium Perchlorate is usually available ex stock.
